By using ChatAja, you state that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age set by law in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have read and understand our Privacy Policy

ChatAja provides an anonymous chat platform that allows users to:

• Communicate with other users anonymously
• Connect with new people randomly
• Access all application features for free

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

ChatAja uses Google Login for authentication:

• You must have a valid Google account to use the application
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You agree not to share your login credentials with others
• We do not store your Google password
• Your name, email, and profile photo from Google will be displayed in the app

You agree NOT to:

• Send content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or indecent
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Spread hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Send spam, advertisements, or promotions without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
• Collect personal information from other users without consent
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

You retain all rights to content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:

• Use, reproduce, and distribute such content in providing the Service
• Moderate and monitor content to ensure compliance with these Terms
• Remove content that violates our policies

You are solely responsible for content you submit and its consequences.

ChatAja offers optional premium features accessible through subscription:

• Gender-based Matching: Choose gender preferences for more accurate matching
• Unlimited Friend Adding: Add friends without limits and save all important contacts

Subscription terms:

• Payments are processed through Google Play Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings
• No refunds for periods already served, unless required by law
• Prices and packages may change from time to time with appropriate notice
• Free features remain available to all users without subscription

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee:

• The Service will always be available, secure, or error-free
• The quality of products, services, or information obtained through the Service
• The behavior of other users or compatibility with other users

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, ChatAja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatAja, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third party rights
• Content you submit

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the application from your device. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through amicable settlement. If no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through the competent court in Indonesia.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, if the changes are material, we will provide more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
